Chuck Fell,
President of CFI Mechanical, says: Safety
in the workplace is a key concern at CFI
Mechanical. We care about our employees and that
of others working around us. It is our policy to
provide our employees with a safe work
environment through training and reinforced
supervision.
Because of our commitment to
safety, CFI Mechanical has developed the Safety
and Loss Control Procedures Manual to augment our
philosophical approach as well as provide
administrative and functional guidelines to all
levels of management. These guidelines govern job
conditions and work practices for all employees
in all facets of our business endeavors. The
effectiveness of our loss control program is
highly dependent upon an active participation at
all levels of line management. Each manager, from
our President down through first line
supervision, is responsible and accountable for
the safety of all persons within his or her area
of control.
The
Safety and Loss Control Procedures is modularized
for the expressed purpose of providing
administrative and functional guidelines in the
implementation of our loss control program. It is
through this cumulative effort that success can
be achieved in all facets of managing a project.
CFI
Mechanical is highly motivated in reducing both
the economic loss and human suffering attributed
to workplace injuries. These injuries are
preventable, preventable by means of implementing
this program and through the culture being
developed that will continuously monitor program
effectiveness.
